USA Orders: We use USPS or DHL eCommerce to ship out all US orders, which takes 5 to 11 business days for delivery. Some items might be shipped from our factory and could take longer (around 20 to 60 days).
Canadian Orders: Delivery takes 8 to 20 business days.
UK Orders: Delivery takes 8 to 15 business days.
Europe: Estimated delivery time is 14 to 21 days.
Rest of the World: Estimated delivery time is 15 to 35 days (depending on your location).

Exchange & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. You can exchange or receive a full refund within 30 calendar days from the day you received your item for any unopened and unused items. Please note that the buyer will be responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.
Wrong Information/Item Model Exchange/Order Cancellation
If you have entered incorrect information or selected the wrong model, please email us at sales@mndbuy.com or message us on our Facebook page within 12 hours of your purchase. We will update the information for you promptly.
